Okay, so now I've got sme-1; but I just can't justify adding krl-2 until I've established a literary standard for Karelian as a whole. Anyone with me?

I'm vaguely new to Wikipedia, though attempting to learn the ropes in some decent ways. Otherwise, I'm quite the applied student of linguistics and finno-ugrian studies, and spend some of my spare time learning things like North Sámi, Karelian, or Guaraní and various facets of my second language, Finnish. I have a thing for Tupi-Guaranian languages, so if you see me editing things there, don't be shocked. :P
