There was a group of 75 RS-11s #7219-7293 built for the National of Mexico in 1963-1964 by MLW. This was after regular RS-11 production was finished and superceeded by the RS-36. Source X2200 South Issue #45 --SSW9389 19:58, 4 October 2007 (UTC)
