[edit] Names of the Episcopal Church

Please don't invent new names for the Episcopal Church. The article itself carefully explains what the official names are in the relevant section, and the lead should confine itself to the most commonly used of the two. The change you made introduced two names which are not the official name, and took out the official one used in the lead. Tb (talk) 01:14, 26 May 2008 (UTC)

You are quite right that there are two official names, but EB is quite wrong about what they are. They are, as the article explains, "The Episcopal Church" and "The Protestant Episcopal Church in the United States of America." Tb (talk) 19:53, 30 May 2008 (UTC)
