Albert Smith Marks (1836–1891) was governor of the U.S. state of Tennessee from 1879 to 1881. He was a Democrat. A former Confederate military officer who had lost a leg in the American Civil War and Chancery Court judge, he did not seek re-election and after his term resumed his practice as an attorney.
