Subdivisions of Alaska:
Red is boroughs needing a navbox
Brown is consolidated city-borough (no navbox needed)
Green is census areas
Due to Alaska's unique system of local government, having large census areas without counties — all non-county territory elsewhere in the United States consists of cities, which do not need these templates — census-area templates should be listed here, even though they correspond to areas that are not counties.
