I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. [edit] Verifiability dispute
Al Cuppett shouldn't be credited with "sounding the alarm" regarding any event that can't be definitively verified. The existence of the Red and Blue Lists need verification that isn't connected with Cuppett, and so does the claim of FEMA concentration camps. Until then, the pertinent sentence in the article should read (but I'm not the one to change it):
He was one of the first people to claim that FEMA maintains "Red and Blue Lists" which would be used to round up people during a martial law scenario and to allege that FEMA is building concentration camps.
