Before posting: a bit about Al-Andalus

He's been contributing to the Wiki project since mid 2004. He is an Aussie by birth, and a flag-carrying one at that. He has affectionately been called a mutt due to his ethno-religious origins. He's been to every continent on the face of the earth. He is fluent in several world languages.

While he does have, and has never denied having, strong opinions and views of his own (as you may already know) which might be considered contraversial by some - perhaps even "horrifying" if in stark opposition to the mainstream political or other mantra of any of the ethnic and/or religious communities he was born into - he does contribute to the Wiki project independant of said opinions and views. He may even contribute content going against his views, if that is what fact supports, while still maintaining his right to personally dissent in the belief of said fact.

He recognises everyone's freedom of speech and thought, and recognises every person's value as a human being.

Your continual non-consultative and deceptive changes to the image disappoint me. Timeshift (talk) 04:44, 18 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Nelson's response to apology

Your contribution about the reasons Nelson's response was controversial, was important, see discussion. Can you find a source which summarises the controversial content, to use as a reference?--Funkarama (talk) 22:18, 18 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Unspecified source for Image:Cantor_Joseph_Cysner.jpeg

Thanks for uploading Image:Cantor_Joseph_Cysner.jpeg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, then you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, then their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 03:18, 16 April 2008 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Do you want to opt out of receiving this notice? Kelly hi! 03:18, 16 April 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Generations

I care about what the sources say, not some political agenda. And if you have any more insults, please keep them off my Talk: page. Jayjg (talk) 02:11, 29 April 2008 (UTC)
