Aqsa, Aksa, al-Aksa or al-Aqsa Aqsa Sukhera (Arabic: اأقصى‎) may refer to:

• The Aksa (company), a Turkish company manufacturing natural white and solution dyed acrylic staple fiber, tow and tops for yarn spinning and non wovens production
• The al-Aqsa Mosque located in Jerusalem
• The al-Aqsa Intifada, a phase of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict starting in late 2000
