[edit] DNA resequencer

Hi. I don't take offense. You have no idea how many essays ive been graded down on becuase of spelling. I'm probably the worst speller in the world. also, wikipedia has no spell check which is annoying. Sorry about that. I like everything you did. In many places you clarifed the text or added detail where it was needed. The one exception to this was in the other uses section. In that section, it just seems that you deleted alot of stuff, some of which seems important. I restroed that section, but everything else you did looks great. Thanks for the help with the article. [edit] Hammerspace.

Do not do this. Its not funny, its not clever, and it serves no purpose other than to waste someone's time removing it, and make Wikipedia look unprofessional. --SB | T 00:36, 2 August 2006 (UTC)

Fine. Although a single line, which is bordering on relevant, isn't going to collapse Wikipedia into Uncyclopedia y'know. AKismet 02:29, 7 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Input request

Hi AKismet, there is some discussion currently going on here, and I noticed you have {{User anime}} on your userpage. If you are not too busy, I would appreciate it if you could drop some of your ideas on how to reform the portal on the aforementioned talk page. Thanks! « ANIMUM » 22:57, 7 June 2007 (UTC)

Maybe you could try Category:Wikipedians from Essex and also place notices e.g. at Wikipedia:WikiProject England. Simply south (talk) 19:41, 3 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Speedy deletion of Facepalm

A tag has been placed on Facepalm requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for biographies.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. [edit] AfD nomination of Facepalm

I have nominated Facepalm, an article you created, for deletion. I do not feel that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Facepalm. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.
