The following audio clip is claimed to be fair use historical because of the following: Reasons given are according to Wikipedia description to fair use claims

  1. Its an audio clip of historical nature, and its inclusion on the article add significant information to the general public.
  2. The audio clip is only used for informational purposes.
  3. In the absence of free media material which can be used on Wikipedia article to state a relevant point about something, Wikipedia suggests fair use media can be uploaded to its servers.
  4. The original media work is in much more resolution than this ogg file, hence copies made from this will be on inferior quality.
  5. It is claimed to be under fair use historical because it shows the introduction of a famous and historical news program which existed in the former GDR.HappyApple 21:07, 12 February 2006 (UTC)
