This logo meets fair use guidelines as follows:

It is the logo for the main subject of the article
It is the primary means of visual identification of the organization
The image is not replaceable by a free content image.
I invited review by the Bishop of the synod to assure an accurate and complete article. He viewed the article and did not object to the use of the logo. (I am not associated with this synod either as an employee or a member of a congregation.)
