AK-7 , also known as "The Musical Phenomenon", is a Mexican band. They made their first album with 10 songs, 3 of them unpublished and a bonus track.

In April 1, 2008 AK-7 announced they are preparing there new album[1].

On May 28, 2007, a new era was born, with several years of support, and new bríos new name, called AK-7, which means many things. AK is because it is more here, with his music, style and sound and is 7 because it is the 7 musicians who have been working together since before completing their greatest hits. It's also that their AK Fan's demanded so, for them means "Antes K-paz". "El Avion De Las Tres", the first album of the group follows her first single of the same name, composition unpublished Gerardo Ramirez and Carmelo Gamboa, which was put into orbit on musical project more expected soon. Engraving this material in the study of Joel Solis, who alongside Eusebio "El Chivo" Cortes, both former members of Los Bukis; reflected his musical experience, and a meeting place of two legends in music handing the torch of success AK-7, the Musical Phenomenon highlighted by the youth and energy of its components.
