[edit] Accident in Heathrow

I saw a television program a while ago and I remember that they stated that the cause of the accident was the fact that the cross-feed valve had been open about 1 cm or so, and thus, one wing was heavier than the other. When the aircraft lost an engine, the plane crashed. Somebody has more information?
