There is an error, which I don't know how to fix because it appears that the airline data is in a database somewhere. In short, the data for the US "Midwest Airlines" is jumbled up with the Egyptian airline of the same name. If you examine the individual pages for the airlines you will see that the IATA and ICAO values are different, so there should be two entries, one for each airline, but there is only one, with jumbled values.
