Inderjit Singh Reyat was sentenced to only years of jail for fabricationg the 2 bombs that killed 329 aboard flight 182 and 2 other workers in Japan. Moreover he is elligible to parole after only 20 months.

Both CSIS and RCMP had many warnings, officially, as both had infiltrated the sikhs. SQ Serge Carignan was called in Mirabel that night to sniff Air India's luggage, an exceptional measure. The flight did not wait long enough.

The CSIS destroyed aroun 300 magnetic tapes all related to spying the sikhs "terrorists", even in the few days preceeding the explosion.

Even Air India wrote a letter directly to the CSIS and nothing was done ?

A simpler explanation would be that the Indian governement wanted to create a negative image of the Sikhs got international undercover help, the CSIS just manage to get the job done, goofed and now pretains they were incompetent and stupid.

The amount of desinformation in that specific case is increadible. I have been watching it for over 20 years and, until I found this toot simple explanation, I could not believe my ears. It just sounds like New World Order to me.

I can not proove it other then by a lenghty formal logical proof involving SCRS, RCMP and Radio-Canada usual behaviour in cases like the FLQ october 70 crisis, Maher Arar and other types of high desinformation events tarnishing the image of our governements.

I am whiling to bet my car against 1 dollar though that history will confirm my theory.
