This image is a digitized photograph of Air Commodore (later Air Chief Marshal Sir) Alec Coryton. The image was taken from http://www.rafweb.org/Biographies/Coryton.htm where it was marked as Crown Copyright. I have performed some minor digitial enhancements. Coryton is shown wearing as an air commodore's uniform, a rank he was promoted from in June 1943 and so the photograph is more than 50 years old. Therefore it is now in the public domain. I release my changes to the public domain.
