[edit] Melkor/Morgoth
Shouldn't it be Melkor a.k.a. Morgoth? Only the elves call him Morgoth.---user talk:hillgentleman 12:30, 6 February 2007 (UTC)
- Yes it should be, especially in keeping with the naming convention for Gandalf, Saruman and Mandos, I've edited it Carl Sixsmith (talk) 17:53, 6 January 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Ungoliant
I removed Ungoliant, whom (like Bombadil) Tolkien does not identify as an Ainur. (The closest we get is Silmarillion p. 73, where he says she might be "one of those he corrupted to his service" -- and even here it is not clear that he means "one of the Ainur".)
