This image, Ainlea07.jpg, is a screen shot from an episode of Doctor Who, and copyrighted by the BBC, as evidenced by being on the BBC website at http://www.bbc.co.uk/doctorwho/classic/gallery/master/18.shtml, I futurehawk|talk 22:00, 27 September 2007 (UTC)) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use law because:

1. The image is a low-resolution (350 × 243) cropped screen shot from a 25-minute episode of Doctor Who, and of inferior quality to standard broadcast or DVD releases;
2. The image is being used for informational purposes, to show the portrayal of the character The Master by Anthony Ainley, the fourth actor to hold the role and Ainley’s most recognisable role as described in the article;
3. No more free alternative is known to exist;
4. The use of the image in this article will have no effect on the BBC’s commercial use of the image in question.
