Ain't It Fun is a song originally written by Peter Laughner and Gene O'Connor for the proto-punk band Rocket from the Tombs. The punk band The Dead Boys, featuring members of Rocket from the Tombs in their lineup, recorded it for their 1978 album We Have Come for Your Children. It is the 10th and final track on the album. Guns N' Roses also covered this song on their 1993 album "The Spaghetti Incident?" (which was included on their greatest hits), as did the Rollins Band on their 2001 album A Nicer Shade of Red.
