Ahmad Moqbel Zarar

Ahmad Moqbel Zarar is the Afghanistan Minister of the Interior.
Moqbel served as the deputy Interior Minister. When his predecessor Ali Ahmad Jalali resigned, on September 28, 2005, Moqbel was appointed the acting minister.[1]
Moqbel's acting appointment was eventually made permanent.[citation needed]
