Alberto Agustin Castillo Gallardo(born May 5, 1963 in Peru) is a retired Peruvian footballer. He is now the head coach of C.D. Aguila in El Salvador.

He started his career with Alianza in 1973. He was part of the squad that won the 1975 tournament. He played in the Peruvian second division until In 1978 he moved to Club Atlético Chalaco but returned to the peruvian second division. In 1989 he traveled to ecuador to play with Deportivo Cuenca.
In 1990 Castillo joined Atlético Marte in El Salvador, he then moved to Costa Rica to play with Club Sport Herediano. In 1994 he returned to El Salvador to play with C.D. Aguila. In 1996 he moved to play with C.D. FAS where he retired.

In 1997 He began coaching career with Deportivo Municipal in his native country of Peru. Most of his success was when he became the manager of C.D. FAS of El Salvador where he won 5 titles. In 2008 he will be coaching C.D. Aguila of El Salvador.
