Our Lady of Divine Providence (Spanish: Nuestra Señora de la Divina Providencia, also known as Our Lady, Mother of Divine Providence) is a devotion and title of the Roman Catholic Church to the Blessed Virgin Mary. She is of very popular devotion in Puerto Rico. She is also the patron saint of the island and of Indiana. The feast of Our Lady of Providence is celebrated on November 19, the same day that the arrival of Christopher Columbus at the island of Puerto Rico is celebrated.

The name and worship of Our Lady of Providence originated in Italy in the 13th century and is connected to the history of the first Barnabite house in Rome.
