[edit] clarification?

"afterglow refers to the positive physical and mental effects that linger after the effects of a drug have worn off..."

I'd consider afterglow an effect of the drug. Perhaps a modifier could be used for the phrase "the [] effects of a drug"? Xiner 03:03, 6 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] DRUGS?

I've _ONLY_ ever heard this word used in terms of post-coitus. The similarities are obvious, but... could this be a case of an associated usage eclipsing the original one?
