I believe "empires" should be lower case. Should this article be moved? I'm going to make a redirect from "African empires" in either case. 71.237.182.93 (talk) 23:32, 7 December 2007 (UTC)

I think the redirect is a good idea. thought i had already made one (my bad). But the title of the article is correct in the capitalization of both African and Empires. Keep in mind I'm going off of what I learned in my college journalism and haven't looked at wiki guidelines per this particular matter. Someone should take a gander i suppose. If one was using the phrase in a sentence, you would not capitalize the "empire" part. Scott Free (talk) 23:53, 7 December 2007 (UTC)
