[edit] Ga nom on hold

  • I don't know if it is okay to do this, but is there a chance you could add rationale to the image for the Blackening and add the cover on here?
    • A big no no. An article about songs should not use the cover of the album as outlined here. --BritandBeyonce (talk) 07:20, 27 January 2008 (UTC)
  • wlink to "Best Metal Performance" (Grammy Award for Best Metal Performance)
  • put the band template below the external links.
  • I think that the link is important to the article so it can stay, but maby rename it to something like "Aesthetics of Hate: R.I.P. Dimebag Abbott, and Good Riddance" or something like that.
That's all. I can't wait to see this in two weeks. Leave a note on my talk page when it is done. —Burningclean [Speak the truth!] 00:50, 27 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Furthermore

  • Pipe link Roadrunner Records to Roadrunner to remove "records" per guidelines.
  • In the chronology field, enclose the titles in a parenthesis.
  • Furious is POVic.
  • Remove comma after February 2005
  • Remove "for a Grammy Award". It is redundant since you mentioned "Grammy" already in "50th Grammy Award" and "Best Metal Performance" is obviously an award.
  • "Writing" overlooks the whole section. Change to "background."
  • The flow of the story in the first section is choppy. Re-arrange it.
  • Change semi-colon to colon.
  • Remove quotation marks in the quoted material (in Flynn's statement).
  • In the attribution, just state Robb Flynn.
  • The recording section is way too short; better merge to the preceding part.
  • Change the double quotation of the title in Jurek's review to single quotation.
  • The award thing again. Change it per fifth suggestion.
  • Use colon after nomination.
  • The article lacks the composition section and it somehow fails to comply the third criterion.

Feel free to object. Thanks. --BritandBeyonce (talk) 07:20, 27 January 2008 (UTC)

Thanks for the review. I don't want to merge background with recording because they very different sections. Regarding composition, there is no information available, which is why i am only taking this article to GA, as it would fail as an FA without that section-i didn't think a section is necessary for GA. Welcome. Anyway, I was just concerned on the third criterion. This article is about a song. Hope someone can find info about the composition someday. --BritandBeyonce (talk) 01:08, 28 January 2008 (UTC)
Passed
Good work. Wanna try FA? --BritandBeyonce (talk) 00:35, 30 January 2008 (UTC)
If information on composition/structure becomes available i might. Thanks for the help. M3tal H3ad (talk) 04:33, 30 January 2008 (UTC)
Always welcome. --BritandBeyonce (talk) 06:10, 30 January 2008 (UTC)
