The U owns the fields north of the Law School on the West Bank. The line should extend to the street in front of the tall condo tower to include the snow covered fields. I am not sure about the land east of there, first there are some apartment buildings (seen in the trees) that are likely private property, then you get to the river flats, I have no idea who owns that.
