Aerosmith is the self-titled debut album by American hard rock band Aerosmith, released in 1973 (see 1973 in music).

The album was recorded in two weeks at Intermedia Studio in Boston, Massachusetts.

The photo, at right, is the original cover which had one song track title error and was therefore pulled. (The error was "Walkin' the Dig" instead of "Walkin' the Dog" - see external links below) This cover art was also used as the CD reissue cover in 1993. The album cover most widely-available, released after the correction was made, was made up entirely of the photo of the band members.
