I am the originator of the page and have added links to all relevant sites and notations including the original patent. I can't see how the patent violates Wikipedia guidelines. The Tidal Irrigation and Electrical System is quantum leap in our ability to extract energy from the ocean and should be represented here in Wikipedia. Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button
