"Disparate impact" redirects to this page, but disparate impact is a much more general concept, which applies to more than just employment.Heqwm (talk) 22:40, 27 December 2007 (UTC)
- I'll check it out, I think I might have made the redirect. You could restore it yourself, but I believe somewhere in the text of Disparate impact was that it was the same thing as Adverse impact, which was why I made it. I think. Martijn Hoekstra (talk) 22:56, 27 December 2007 (UTC)
