I wonder if this page should be deleted. My rationale is: there are absolutely no references to this article, beyond some "first hand" information. This does not meet requirements at WP:V and WP:RS. Also, WP:CRYSTAL infers that WP is not a place for speculation (though in this case not about future events, but about a past weapons development). The first 100 google hits also do not show anything about a Singapore ACR program. Comments please? --Rifleman 82 10:56, 23 October 2007 (UTC)
