[edit] Commercials

Can someone please confirm that the December 15 fix was the first to show commercials?

[edit] Fix Premiers

A project should be started to identify all episodes and shows that first premiered on ASF before the first television airing. The article for identified episodes/shows should be modified to reflect this fact.

Friday Night Fix is a free online on demand service from Adult Swim. Since there is no Adult Swim on fridays you can watch the Friday Night Fix. You can watch full episodes that are going to be aired on Sunday or classic Williams Street episodes.

[edit] This article needs to be renamed!

Adult Swim has officially announced that they are renaming Friday Night Fix to the Adult Swim Fix. This article needs to be renamed to reflect this change.[1] dposse 03:22, 22 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] View from the UK?

How would I beat the discrimination of the Adult Swim Fix and view from the UK? Ever since CNX changed to the lametastic Toonami, no [Adult Swim] cartoons are shown over here... ever.

You can't. You have to be in the United States to view the ASF. dposse 23:36, 28 April 2006 (UTC)

Really? is there a way around that. does anybody know the direct link to the "ASF" file for metalocalypse's "the curse of dethklok" ? i'm really trying to view this, but it's not working.

yes, really. The Adult Swim Fix is only available for the continental United States. dposse 23:34, 5 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Article needs to be Deleted

This article needs to be deleted. The shows on Adult Swim Fix aren't watchable, and the only thing that happens when you try to watch it is a re-acurring pop-up showing comercials for adult swim. That would make this an ad as well.--KojiDude (Contributions) 20:51, 11 October 2006 (UTC)

You think so?--Atomic-Super-SuitWhat Have I Done?! 21:06, 11 October 2006 (UTC)
Do you and Sasuke-kun27, like, stalk me or something? Every time I edit a talk page, I see one of your names come up. 0_o --KojiDude (Contributions) 21:08, 11 October 2006 (UTC)
Nah, I hit random article and ended up here. Wierd.--Atomic-Super-SuitWhat Have I Done?! 21:13, 11 October 2006 (UTC)
Are you seriously suggesting this? —TangentCube /c /t  07:06, 12 October 2006 (UTC)
Yeah. If all it is is an advertisement, why have an article about it?--KojiDude (Contributions) 01:36, 13 October 2006 (UTC)
So you're saying the article should be put up for deletion just because you have problems watching the Fix? Yes, some people have problems with it—the Adult Swim message boards get complaints like that all the time. That doesn't mean it doesn't work. In fact, I just watched the latest episode of The Venture Bros. Unless that was a 22-minute advertisement for the actual TV channel. —TangentCube /c /t  02:19, 13 October 2006 (UTC)

This article does read like an ad (and I'd be was intended as such). It should be deleted or cleaned up to wikipedia guidlines

I really just don't think that this warrants its own article.--DavidFuzznut 01:16, 1 March 2007 (UTC)

All this article needs is cleanup and expansion. It's completely notable, just like Joost is notable. It will just take a little work, that's all. Deleting it is unnecessary. Oh, and just because your computer cannot play any videos is not a reason to delete this article. If this article "sounds like an advertisement" to you, then FIX IT! I don't understand how any of you can take one look at this article and go "It's no use, this article can't be saved! Let's delete it!". If there's something wrong here, rewrite the article. Don't just jump to deleting it. dposse 12:53, 13 June 2007 (UTC)
Why is there a seperate article in the first place? There's hardly been enough information, critical reception or controversy towards the sunject to expand or rewrite this. Couldn't we simply merge it with the mother article? It seems like the best solution to me. And Dposse, try and cut down on the personal attacks, it's Wiki policy to always assume good faith. KojiDude was merely making a suggestion that could be helpful in improving all Adult Swim related articles. Eatspie (talk) 03:09, 15 April 2008 (UTC)
