Adriana Lavat (born in Chilpancingo, Guerrero, Mexico) is a Mexican actress and Television host.

Lavat is the daughter of Mexican actor Jorge Lavat, whom she accused of trying to molest her. She is not a well known actress in Mexico because of her small roles. In 1999, she hosted a Television show called "A Que no te Atreves". The unsuccessful show was shortly taken off the air due to lack of viewers.

Lavat is mostly known for marrying famous Mexican football player, Rafael Márquez. The couple married in December 2001 and had 2 children, Santiago-Rafael and Rafaela, before separating in early 2007.
