Adrian Bevington is the Director of Communications for the English football association, and has held this position since 2004.
Adrian Bevington was born in Middlesbrough, in the North-East of England, and was previously employed by football club Middlesbrough - before joining the FA in November 1997. Adrian is a life-long fan of Middlesbrough football club, and before joining the FA co-wrote a book (with Dave Allen) titled "From Doom to Boom: The Most Dramatic Decade in the Life of Middlesbrough FC" (Paperback 1996), about the dramatic re-birth of Middlesbrough FC after their financial woes in 1986.
