Adrian Jarrard Arrington (born November 7, 1985 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa) is an American football wide receiver who was drafted by the New Orleans Saints in the 2008 NFL Draft. He previously played college football at the University of Michigan.

Arrington went to high school at Washington High School in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
As a freshman, Arrington made one catch for 9 yards.
As a sophomore, Arrington had 8 catches for 140 yards and three touchdowns. On defense he had 38 tackles and three interceptions.
As a junior, Arrington had 34 catches for 424 yards and five touchdowns, while rushing the ball 11 times, for 11 yards and two touchdowns. On defense, he made 38 tackles, and made five interceptions.
During his senior season, Arrington caught 57 passes for 914 yards and 10 touchdowns, with 29 tackles, three interceptions and two fumble recoveries on defense.
In his high school career Arrington made 100 receptions for 1,547 yards and 23 touchdowns. He also returned 24 kickoffs for 642 yards and a touchdown, with 38 punt returns for 442 yards and a touchdown. He also had 11 career interceptions] and 95 career tackles on defense. Arrington played in the 2004 U.S. Army All-American Bowl with Michigan Wolverine teammate Chad Henne.

In 2004, Arrington's freshman season, he caught two passes for 12 yards, in eight games.
In 2005, Arrington's sophomore season was wasted when he had a 15-yard kickoff return against Northern Illinois. Arrington then missed the next game, due to injury against Notre Dame, Arrington later returned to practice, but did not play the remainder of the season. Arrington received a medical redshirt in 2005, allowing him a fifth year of college football eligibility in 2008.
As a junior in 2006, Arrington played in all 13 games at wide receiver and started five of them. He finished second on the team in receptions with 40, and touchdowns with eight, and third in receiving yards with 544. He also made four catches for 34 yards against USC in the Rose Bowl, one of them for a touchdown.
As a senior in 2007, Arrington made 58 catches for 729 yards and 6 touchdowns. He made seven catches for 102 yards, and a touchdown against Wisconsin.
At the end of the 2007 season it was announced that Arrington was no longer going to play for the Wolverines, and opt into the 2008 NFL Draft.

Arrington was drafted by the New Orleans Saints with the 237th overall pick in the 2008 NFL Draft. New Orleans traded a 2009 6th round pick to draft Arrington.
