WikiProject Middle Ages To do:

In several sources and also in documents of his own era, he is called, and he himself calls himself, "Adolf, king of Romans" - "rex Romanorum". This makes Adolf, Roman King, Adolf of Holy Roman Empire, Adolf, King of Romans and even Adolf, German King (Philip, rex Teutonicum...) quite acceptable names for the article.
