[edit] Fair Use Rationale Dispute

The fair use rationale of this photograph was disputed as per WP:NFCC, 10(c). It states:

(c) The name of each article in which fair use is claimed for the item, and a separate fair-use rationale for each use of the item, as explained at Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline. The rationale is presented in clear, plain language, and is relevant to each use.

I updated the image page to ensure the article is specifically mentioned by name for which the fair use is being claimed. As per the notice, I am removing the template on the image page, as the image now meets said policy.
