The Adidas Open de Toulouse Midi-Pyrénées (named Grand Prix de Tennis de Toulouse until 1999) was an annual men's tennis tournament played in Toulouse, France as part of the ATP International Series. The last tournament took place in 2000.

The tournament was played on indoor carpet courts from 1982-1993, and hard courts from 1994-2000. The tournament lasted one week and was held annually.
