• It is used to illustrate the logo on Adelphia.
• No freely licensed version has been created by Adelphia (e.g. a logo in a GPL'd product).
• It will not affect sales of the company's products, because all of its revenue-generating assets have been sold to Comcast and Time Warner Cable.
