Adelaide T. Lambert (later Ballard) (October 27, 1907 – April 17, 1996) was an American swimmer who competed in the 1928 Summer Olympics.
In the 1928 Olympics she won the gold medal in the 4x100 m freestyle relay event.
She died in Bremerton, Washington.
