Adam Bielan

Adam Jerzy Bielan (born on 12 September 1974 in Gdańsk, Poland) is a Polish politician and Member of the European Parliament for the MP & SW with the Prawo i Sprawiedliwosc, Treasurer of the Union for a Europe of Nations and sits on the European Parliament's Committee on Regional Development.

Bielan is a substitute for the Committee on Transport and Tourism, a member of the Delegation for relations with Mercosur and a substitute for the Delegation to the ACP-EU Joint Parliamentary Assembly.

The Polish media frequently call Bielan a spin doctor, who together with another MEP Michał Kamiński was behind the successful presidential campaign of Lech Kaczyński in the 2005 presidential elections. [1]

Since 16 January 2007 Vice President of the European Parliament, recommended by the Union for a Europe of Nations.
