Hi there. Welcome aboard.
It is not necessary to have multiple copies of identical articles. In fact, it's a bad thing, since edits to one of them would not be visible in all the others. What works great is, after creating the original article, creating a redirect in case people try to find the article by other names.
A redirect starts out like any other article, but instead of article content it has merely the text #REDIRECT[[Other article name]].
I'll watch this page for a few days to see if you follow-up here with any other questions.
