Actikarate is a British Karate Association. This account is used by Frank Nezhadpournia (Chief Instructor), a 5th Degree Black belt. Frank has been training for 26 years across Europe, USA and the Middle East. Teaching Shotokan Karate to school children and victims of attack everywhere.
