    Dear Mr. XXX,

Attached is the form you need to print out and send back to me, filled out as completely as possible,
if you wish to publish the Ackerman photos on your Wikipedia entry. As for the images,
you requested all five from that article, but I can only provide you with four at no cost.
If it is of any help, the one of the students sitting at tables in a classroom situation is not of Carl Ackerman,
but of students in a class taught by Robert Garst. If you are ok with receiving only the four other images,
please refer to the remaining photos by their file names on your Permissions Agreement Form:

    0874.AckermanInClassroom
1386.AckermanWith Pipe [NOTE: this is an AP Photo, so although we own the physical image,
the intellectual rights are not owned by Columbia]
    1388.AckermanFax
    1392.AckermanPhone

Once I receive the completed form,
I will have it approved and send it back to you and I will also email you the thumbnail images of the photos.
If you have any further questions about these procedures, do not hesitate to contact me.

    Regards,
    Jocelyn Wilk

I'll provide the Email address for this Contact person at Columbia shortly. --Ludvikus 14:41, 25 September 2007 (UTC)
