Ace Musical Instruments, LTD is a Korean based guitar and bass guitar manufacturer which produces its range of musical instruments and accessories in Shandong Province, China. The company was founded on March 29, 2004 although the president of the company (Mr. Gil Hyo-Park) has been working in musical instrument development and construction since the 1980s.

Ace Musical Instruments' products carry the branding Acepro and most models are entry level based on popular American Guitars, such as the Fender Stratocaster, however a few of their guitars are higher-end and designed by Acepro themselves.

At the time of writing there is no US distributor or importer of Acepro products however several UK guitar specialists sell them as low cost alternatives to big name models.
