Vandalized the Fair trade article multiple times on the 25 April 2008.

All these IPS come from the "HEAnet, Ireland’s National Education and Research Network". Their main site (www.heanet.ie) says they provides internet services to Irish Universities, Institutes of Technology and the research and educational community, including all Irish primary and secondary schools.

There is an ID of "School Broadband Connection ID 2537" in the WHOIS.

Rejected. Sorry, we don't usually accept abuse reports for IPs which have only made a few trivial edits. It look's like their proxy is configured in a way similar to the old AOL proxy servers back in the day. Look's like you want more of what we call a range block, which can be requested at WP:AIV.
