This IP is very new to Wikipedia, but appears to be nothing but a trouble maker. Of the 12 contributions made from this IP, only one was constructive. The IP first showed activity on 11/15/2007 and has already been blocked twice. It was blocked on 12/11/2007. Almost immediately after it was unblocked, it had to be blocked again. You may think it's a little early to start contacting their ISP, but I'd almost bet this IP will show nothing but destructive behavior. The IP is currently blocked.
