Discussion Quite obviously a vandal-only IP. Many page blankings. Multiple warnings and blocks.

I've looked though the contributions of this IP address, and, I do agree with you. Most of the edits are vandalism to pages, and, this IP has been blocked 6 times before (as of 8 February 2007), however, one issue might be that this IP is a DHCP-assigned IP address belonging to Charter Communications. I'm not sure if this is going to be a problem, as some provider's DHCP lease times are pathetically long and this might infact be the same subscriber conducting the vandalism. - Nick125 06:23, 9 February 2007 (UTC)

This case was investigated on 14 June 2008.

As of early January, this user has stopped editing Wikipedia. This has now been a full 6 months since any vandalism. If this case was investigated sooner, we could have taken action, but now it is too late.
