User is persistently vandalizing User:AngelOfSadness, User talk:AngelOfSadness, and the User/Talk pages of anyone else who reverts his edits, with personal attacks. User is bragging that he can reset his modem and get a new IP every time he is blocked, and appears to be doing so. --Clubjuggle T/C 20:00, 17 October 2007 (UTC)

- I will look into this when I have more time :) From what I can see initially, all the IPs in the range have recieved at least one block. In terms of abuse by a single organization, 66.228.82.218 (talk • contribs • deleted contribs • WHOIS • &submit=Resolve RDNS • trace • .html RBLs • / http • block user • block log) is unrelated, but all the other IPs appear to be registered to an ISP in Toronto, Ontario.
