Discussion

IP address for Wymondham College. Blocked 5 times, with many warnings on talk page. Almost all contribs are vandalism (most of the ones that aren't are me not bothering to log in). I attend the college and would be willing to undertake face-to-face communication with the Head of ICT. I think a permanent block would be necessary - people at the college wishing to contribute constructively could register accounts. --saxsux 19:48, 15 November 2006 (UTC)
