Repeat offender for a number of (apparently) unrelated pages. IP has a block history. Hostname is mail.echs.com, apparently a gateway but does not identify itself via snmp.
Vandal appears to be a student, echs.com is registered to the East Catholic High School, 115 New State Road, Manchester, Connecticut 06042
